INGREDIENTS
⅛ Cup Chia Seeds
½ Can Unsweetened, Full-Fat Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp. Maca Powder
4 Tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder
1 Scoops Collagen Peptide*
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Toppings: Slivered Almonds, Raw Cacao Nibs, & Chia Seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients except toppings in a large mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Place mixture in the refrigerator and allow it to cool until thickened, about 30 minutes. Additional water may be needed to thin or reach desired consistency.
- Top with slivered almonds, raw cacao nibs, and/or additional chia seeds!
